Broiled Scallops Wrapped in Bacon
2 lb. scallops rinsed and drained
1 lb. bacon thinly sliced and cut in half
toothpicks
Sauce:
1 cup sweet and sour sauce
1 tsp. dark sesame oil
1 tsp. soy sauce
4 tsp. hot mustard
Place scallops in a large bowl and add sauce ingredients, blend well. Wrap each scallop in half piece of bacon and secure with a toothpick. Place scallops on a cookie sheet and broil for 10 minutes per side or until bacon is fully cooked, baste with remaining sauce.
