Gently scoop out the yolk, taking care not to damage the
egg white. Place yolk in a small bowl and mix in the mustard, mayonnaise
and pickle relish. Start with the smallest amount listed and then taste
and add more if desired. Spoon the yolk mixture back into the egg whites,
and sprinkle with paprika. Chill and serve.
