Mustard Barbecue Sauce
1/4 cup Brandy
1 cup Dijon mustard
1/2 cup White Balsamic Vinegar
1/4 cup Honey |
2 Tbsp. Lemon juice
2 Tbsp. Butter
1 Tbsp. red pepper flakes
1 Tbsp. Black Peppercorns, crushed |
Reduce brandy by half over medium heat. Then add the rest
of ingredients and cook over medium low heat for 30 minutes.
